Compassion in Action

Come and join us at Magnolia Creek Assisted Living and celebrate the New Year with those less fortunate than us! Many elderly residents in nursing home facilities have neither family members nor friends visit them! This is an opportunity to be the Lord's hands and feet. The residents at Magnolia Creek know us and many stand by the door of the facility anxiously waiting to welcome us as we enter the building! There's nothing like it to pull on your heartstrings! We will sing Christian songs together, hand out needed items such as gently used clothing, toiletries, Bibles, verses, and food items. Typically, our time together also includes a teaching by one of our members. We share each other's lives together, pray together and encourage the staff. "The joy of the Lord is our strength." Nehemiah 8:10 Please invite your friends to attend this event as well! It is open to married persons as well as singles.
