Spill the Tea: An LGBTQ+ Spooky Season Mixer 👻🌈

Spooky season is here, and we’re brewing up something a little different.

Join Triangle Third Place and Discover Durham Together at Drink a Bull in Durham for an LGBTQ+ mixer filled with tea, cocktails, mocktails, new connections, and just enough Halloween chaos.
Come in costume, add a little spooky flair, or just show up as yourself... there is no requirement.

Potion Pairing
When you arrive, you’ll receive half of a mysterious potion pairing. Somewhere in the room, another person has your match. Find them, introduce yourselves, and claim a jelly bracelet for completing each pairing.

Then grab another "potion" and do it again.

Collect bracelets throughout the night as you meet new people, with absolutely no pressure for those connections to be romantic. Friendship, community, flirting, networking, finding your future karaoke duo… it all counts.

If you have a sleeve of bracelets by the end of the night, just know you're a winner and better than everyone else.

Spill the Tea
Who doesn't like some Tea... LOL? We’ll also have an anonymous Spill the Tea jar circulating throughout the evening.
Drop in a confession, unpopular opinion, ridiculous dating story, queer awakening, Halloween hot take, or harmless secret. Throughout the night, we’ll pull a few out and expose them.
No names. No judgment. Potentially a little chaos.

What is Drink a Bull?
Drink a Bull serves both specialty teas and alcoholic beverages, so whether your potion of choice is boozy, caffeinated, or completely alcohol-free, there’s something for you.

Come meet people. Collect some bracelets. Spill a little tea. Maybe cast a spell or two.

LGBTQ+ community members and allies are welcome. Only registered attendees are admitted.
