Week in a Beach House Dates ToBeDetermined

I have had a few people tell me they would like to do a beach trip this year.

This email is being sent out to judge the interest in doing this.

I have a friend who has a beach house right on the beach in Emerald Isle. It is a Duplex and each side sleeps 9 There is 1 king room, 2rooms w Queen beds and 1 room w a queen bed and a twin. and 2 bathrooms. Decks upstairs and on main floor, walks straight out to the beach, We can rent 1 side or both.

Dates to be Determined based off interest
This would be a 1-week rental (Most likely Fri- Fri) and would be about $4000 per side, for the week which is $1000 per room for the week. If you are sharing the room that is $500pp ($333.34pp for the queen/twin room) There is also the option of splitting the week w someone else. (Someone comes up Fri-Tues and the other person comes up Tues -Fri)

If this is done, the payment is due upfront at time of RSVP, I have to take cash to her directly 90 days before rental date.
