This time, I’ll be sharing The Daily Practice with you. It's a very simple but powerful method that helps regulate negative emotions and thoughts while bringing inner peace. This practice is all about helping you feel more calm and in control, no matter what life throws at you.

It was created by Anna Runkle, also known as the Crappy Childhood Fairy, to help people heal from the effects of Childhood PTSD and Complex PTSD. It’s designed to calm your nervous system using a mix of journaling and meditation.
