Let's explore a fleeting field of sunflowers plus film, poetry & music!

Ever since a member mentioned the field of bright sunflowers that blooms once a year in Raleigh's Dorothea Dix Park, I've been eager to arrange a gathering to explore it together. For this special event, we'll be surrounded by sunflowers and treated to a free festival of NC-based film, music and spoken word!

Arts on the Hill at Dix Park, presented by Raleigh Film and Art Festival, strengthens community ties through film, spoken word poetry and music with North Carolina roots. Play on Words is a showcase spotlighting the gifted filmmakers, writers, and poets of the Triangle!
