I love kombucha and love talking about kombucha! Learn the in and outs of making your own kombucha at home. Whether you are just starting on your kombucha brewing journey, or have some experience I will walk you through the entire process, from first fermentation to flavoring and bottling, as well as SCOBY care. For the more seasoned brewers you can get one-on-one trouble-shooting advice and delve into more complex flavoring ingredients. This course will cover all the basics of home brewing.

You will receive a Kombucha Kit including a 1 gallon jar, necessary tea, organic cane sugar, kombucha starter and a SCOBY.

You will learn step-by-step brewing techniques with tips and tricks learned through the years. We will dive into the world of fermentation and unique flavor infusions for an imagination explosion. You will learn about the health benefits and power of probiotics in every sip. We will discuss precautions to take during the brewing process, scoby care, and personal health.

Lets have some fun and then you can impress friends and family with your own handcrafted Kombucha creations!
