Abstract:
Join this talk that will have Intro to GitOps & Flux for beginners + the latest Flux updates for existing users. Priyanka “Pinky” Ravi, Developer Experience Engineer at Weaveworks will show you the technical and business benefits of GitOps - why people are so excited about it! - and how easy it is to bootstrap Flux to a Kubernetes cluster
and deploy a sample application in a GitOps manner at a click of a button. Pinky will also give an overview of exciting recent developments: Flux OCI support and what it means for you in terms of increased security and scalability, Flux + Terraform, Flux + VS Code, and Flux + Argo (Flamingo).
