You may be sensing that your desires are evolving...
That shame wants to be healed.
That your body is asking for something real.
That you’re ready for connection that awakens you rather than drains you.
This space is for men of all ages who know they’re becoming someone deeper.
For men ready to explore intimacy, authenticity, and erotic awakening as a path of growth and initiation.
If you resonate with a warm, relational, spiritually grounded approach—you’re in the right place.
We are a group of men exploring intimacy with other men, learning and practicing Tantra together.
We host monthly workshops in addition to occasionally flying in respected Tantra teachers for retreats. Our events are professionally facilitated and held in discreet locations throughout the Triangle.
Also, please join our monthly mailing list here, to receive email updates on upcoming events (with a way to register for them):
Triangle Gay Men's Tantra Mailing List
There are three simple steps to join our community:
- Read the full group description below.
- Register for one of the events above. Our current Newsletter has direct links to all of our events between now and May, 2026 that are open to newcomers.
- Or Send Benji a quick message for more information—either on Meetup or by text message at (303) 847-5263. Set up a welcome call using this link for a more thorough conversation.
- OPTIONAL - Request to join the private Meetup group (available to people who have already attended their first event or attended a welcome call). You can also register directly for your first event at **TriangleGayMensTantra.com.**
After you register, we'll invite you to a welcome call or introductory session where we share our community guidelines and help you get oriented.
You will thrive in this group if you:
a) Are looking for intimacy & satisfying relationships with other men (anybody out there ready to delete your dating apps? Or wanting to breathe life into your current relationship?)
b) Are interested in the intersection of meditation, energy work, & sexuality
c) Have great boundaries and can say both "Yes" & "No"
d) Are willing to be vulnerable with others
We are a diverse group of men--all sizes, shapes, ages, types welcome--including you. There can be so much shame & anxiety around our bodies... this is a community where you can experience something far, far beyond this. Acceptance, ecstatic love, and genuine connection are common experiences in our community.
We are a group of GBQ men, both singles & couples, interested in exploring intimacy with other men. Please see specific event descriptions for details on the type of intimacy involved, as it varies from event to event.
Our events have a spiritual and educational intent and often include:
a) training in conscious touch and power dynamics (no penetration)
b) nudity in service of self-acceptance
c) breathwork (like in kundalini yoga or transformational breathwork)
d) authentic relating -- connecting deeply with each other
e) intimacy
f) bringing meditative awareness to all of the above, so that it's a meditation practice.
g) spiritual teachings from experienced teachers in the area of sacred sexuality
Many of us have never experienced the difference between sex and intimacy. While you may feel aroused during tantric practice, sex is not the focus. When a group of men get together for tantric training, there is more of a brotherly feel... supporting each other to grow, approaching challenging spots in our sexuality, and learning to bring the body fully alive through slow, conscious touch.
If this speaks to you, come join us! Or, if you would rather receive invitations to these events in a more private way off of Meetup, please send me a message with your contact information or join the Triangle Gay Men's Tantra Mailing List.
Last, if you are looking for books, videos and online resources about Tantra, I suggest you look up the following:
- Our Tantra & Gay Men's Spirituality Bookshelf, with a curated book list for you!
- Benji's YouTube Channel where we teach you Gay/Be Men's Tantra online.
- Tantra4GayMen's website & online workshop platform
- Tantra Illuminated by Christopher Wallis (describes the religious and cultural aspects of Tantra, a spiritual tradition dating back several thousand years)
Glad to answer any other questions you have--please reach out via text message to Benji at (303) 847-5263. Reach out if you need 1-1 coaching/mentoring.
Note:
We are sometimes asked about how to define "male" and "man" due to the valuable diversity of our community. We've had a *lot* of conversations about this as a community. Quoting from The Art of Gathering by Priya Parker: “Barack Obama's aunt once told him, 'If everyone is family, no one is family.' It is blood that makes a tribe, a border that makes a nation. The same is true of gatherings. So here is a corollary to his aunt's saying: If everyone is invited, no one is invited—in the sense of being truly held by the group. By closing the door, you create the room.”
While the labels in the LGBTQIA community are blurry, we feel it is important to set a line, even if arbitrary, so the group is actually *for* someone. So you can decide if the group feels comfortable. In service of that, regardless of what labels you might apply to yourself, we welcome into the group anyone identifying as GBQ with a Y chromosome and male genitalia. Please reach out if more clarity is needed.
Thanks!
