July Potluck with a showing of the documentary movie titled 'Happy'

Details
Hi Everybody, It feels like it's time to start things back up for the monthly potlucks. I contacted the church and got back on the schedule for meeting on the second Sunday of the month, 4:30 - 6:30. Thank you to those people who wrote to me asking about things getting started again. First the details about safety. I have decided to err on the side of safety and ask that all who attend be fully vaccinated, meaning two weeks post after receiving their final shot.
Please do not attend if you are having any covid like symptoms.
The church policy is that for groups of under 25 people and if everyone is vaccinated, no mask is required.
We have never had close to 25 people attend a past event, so it is a given that we will not require masks.
I'll be open of course to listening to concerns and recommendations. I miss the get togethers and I'm looking forward to seeing you all and sharing a delicious meal. If you've never been to one of the potlucks this is great time to check it out.
I came across a documentary titled 'Happy', which I thought would be good after what we have all been through. A brief description: "Happy is a 2011 feature documentary film directed, written, and co-produced by Roko Belic. It explores human happiness through interviews with people from all walks of life in 14 different countries, weaving in the newest findings of positive psychology."
I'll also do a recipe demo on my favorite bean dip, which is super convenient to have for meals away from home.

Guidelines:
#1 Don't sweat it--this is supposed to be fun. Be open to trying something new! While Dr. Fuhrman's plan does allow for a reduced amount of animal products, for the potlucks I think it's best to make it vegan, as those who are working with health challenges will usually be on a vegan version of the plan. Please include an ingredient card with the dish you bring.
This is an opportunity to practice with and make recipes you might not ordinarily. Almost all of Dr. Fuhrman's books have recipes. This also looks like a great resource for recipes, https://hellonutritarian.com.
The Member Center (https://www.drfuhrman.com/membership) is an awesome resource for cooking, which includes recipes from his books and various conferences that have ratings and comments from other members who have prepared the dishes, plus much more.
Please go ahead and RSVP if you think you may attend. It helps me in planning and you can always change your RSVP later if need be.
Steve
