Join us for an extended 90 minute Intro to Acro class in TRC Durham's brand new fitness space! This class is perfect for folks with little or no experience who are curious to try basic acro poses on the floor, on feet, and inverted.

We will explore foundational acro poses and transitions through the roles of base, flyer, and spotter. Partnerships are welcome but no partner is required. Bring a mat, water, and wear close-fitting clothing made for movement. Acro involves lifting, balance, and trust which makes perfect cross-training for climbing and other sports!
