Inaugural Spring Cold Water Plunge

We are going to see if we can recreate the cold water polar bear plunges of winter! I have access to a couple of commercial ice machines and those big horse water troughs. The idea is to do a couple of rounds of the Wim Hoff breathing and then hop in for 30 seconds or 20 minutes depends on where are are with this. We will then do some light bodyweight exercises to warm back up. This will be the first meeting so we can talk more about what we want this group to be. I have been practicing in the ice water and can do about 12 minutes, my breathing is less good. We have a shower on site. Bring a bathing suit and towel.
