Topic: Minimizing react-navigation issues by managing your own navigation stack and headers using React-Native with Redux.
Bio: Brian has had 2 successful exits with software companies and is now developing an image based asset management and sharing app using React-Native and Realm.io in the Durham area.
Talk 2: Aaron Stearns and Zulmy Cortez
Topic: Machine learning with React
Bios: Aaron is currently a software engineering student in the Project.Shift program in Durham and has competed in numerous machine learning competitions and hackathons using open-source technologies. Zulmy is a University of Rhode Island alumna where she studied Economics, Political Science, and Mathematics. She is interested in applying data science to real world problems and is currently studying software engineering in the Project.Shift program.
