Details

This 1-hour class will be structured in the following way: starting with pranayama (mindful breathing), followed by warms up, sun salutations, and a series of asanas (standing, balance, twists, seated, inversions) tied with intentional breathing to bring steadiness to your body and mind. The class will end with meditation and quiet time on the floor. Modifications will be offered throughout the class.
