Details

This class is meant for the slightly more experienced yoga practitioner. During class, we will build a sequence of asanas (postures) that are tied together with breath to help build meditative movement, build inner tapas (zeal, discipline) and build awareness, coordination and confidence in your practice. In each class, we not only develop our physical practice, but also learn to deepen our energetic and subtle practices. Modifications and adjustments will be offered.
