Beginner Hatha Yoga is a great class for everyone: whether you have some yoga experience, or are still new to the world of yoga. This class is moderately paced with multiple modifications and instructions given to ensure that you walk out of class feeling energized with a bit more knowledge of yoga each time. This class is also a great one for those who need a refresher (perhaps coming back to yoga after a break) on the basics.
