Swap Meat 2022!

Greetings fellow makers! It has been a long while since we have gathered together. Since the sweltering heat has finally subsided, we are kicking back off with an old favorite, the Swap Meat! If you are asking yourself what the heck a Swap Meat is, I have you covered!

The Swap Meat is a old fashioned cookout combined with a swap meet, where makers scrounge their shop junk drawers and bring various unused treasures, gadgets and greebles to trade at no cost. Computer parts, power tools, nice scraps of wood, arduinos and 3d printing filament are all things you may find here! For those bringing things, just know anything not traded needs to still go back home with you!

We will even have a soldering station setup for kids and adults alike to learn to enhance their maker skill sets!

We will be grilling up some burgers and hot dogs. If you have a different dish you want to bring and share, feel free!

While the cost of this event is free, we will happily accept your donations to help cover the cost of the event and keep this Meetup page funded for future events.
