I am Lee Tyler, and I am on my personal journey to discover answers to my health issues. Along the way, I decided to invest in my knowledge and as a result I am wrapping up my coaching certification and I am in the process of healing my body from years of self-inflicted excess and abusive bad health decisions.

I decided to create a very special lunch and learn program that meets monthly.

AND YOU ARE INVITED! We have room for just 40 motivated individuals to attend our first session. HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:

1. a catered healthy gourmet lunch prepared specifically for us by CHEF MARIO.

2. Health-focused information that will both motivate and inspire you to take action.

3. Guest speakers representing many aspects of holistic health, or individuals who have overcome health challenges and have a message to share with us.
