From I-40 W or I-40 E:

Take 540 W to Exit 69 (Hwy 54 E/Chapel Hill Road) -- this will not take you as far as the Toll Road.
Turn Left at the light and proceed through the 1st stoplight to Carrington Mill Boulevard.
Turn Left at Carrington Mill Boulevard (Entrance to Perimeter Park) and proceed to the 1st stoplight
Turn Left at Paramount Parkway into parking lot of Building 3005
Progress Software is on the 4th floor
CocoaHeads Meeting will be through the first door to the left of the elevators
