We’ve got TWO great presentations lined up for our February meetup!

First, we’re excited to welcome Jenifer Stubbs, who will be sharing more about a new TFF program she’s leading, Triangle Fly Fishers Fly Girls. Fly Girls is a female led, female only fishing group focused on helping women of all ages learn fly fishing skills in a welcoming, supportive setting with other women anglers.

This group is new to the club and already gaining a lot of momentum. If you’re a female angler looking for a way to get more involved with TFF or to grow your skills on the water, this is for you. Jenifer will share stories from the water and talk through plans for making 2026 a strong year for women in the club.

Second, we’ll spend some time talking about Yellowstone Anglers’ Basecamp. Many of you have likely heard the name before. The program is an adult offering of Scouting America’s Adventure West Council, created in partnership with the fly fishing community. It gives anglers access to outstanding fly fishing at a very reasonable cost.
Just as important, proceeds from the camp support the council’s work developing character and leadership in youth through outdoor programs and service.

Harry Hoots, along with several Triangle Fly Fishers who attended last year, will share what the experience is like and what you can expect if you’re thinking about attending.

Two solid talks, two very different angles, and plenty of reason to join us.
