Radish Kimchi Making Class

Ever wanted to make your very own radish kimchi? Join this class to learn how to make radish kimchi with Ms Eunice, and bring home your own handmade radish kimchi!

Note, there is a small fee of $10 per person for this class to cover supplies only. Please venmo $10 to @Katherine-Close to confirm your spot.

All food ingredients provided, but if you want to bring your own prep supplies, that will help! Note, if you do, it will help if you can post a message in the comments to let us know! Here are the prep supplies you are encouraged to bring (but you do not have to, only if you have them at home):

1. large vegetable knife,
2. cutting board,
3. gloves,
4. paper towels, or
5. mason widemouth jar (likely 64 oz is needed but will confirm shortly).
