Korean Language Speaking Practice - Intermediate

Need practice speaking in Korean? (Or speak Korean and want to meet people and help them practice in a fun setting?) Then come join this small practice session! The rule is simple, just speak only in Korean as much as possible! This is not about speaking perfectly or fast as we are all learning, but just about using any Korean you know in order to cement your learning!

We’re hosting a small, focused language study session for a small number of participants. This is ideal for those who enjoy structured practice and conversation in a smaller, quieter group setting. If enough people come, we will split into 2 groups so people can get more individual practice time. Spots are limited for this session — please RSVP only if you’re committed to attending.

We plan to start by reading a short one page story/essay together and discussing it. Our 2 titles for this event are

You can use this to prepare for those who prefer to prepare. However, after we finiah the reading and we have started out on the topics, you are free to go to other topics if the person/few people you are talking to are also okay with that. No judgement, so don't aim for perfection but come ready for some practice and enjoy!

This event is meant for those who truly want to try speaking in Korean the whole time as much as possible.

Notice: As we are not the only patrons in the cafe, we need to be mindful of volume level so as not to disturb our fellow cafe guests and the workers. Let's be respectful of our place so we can continue meeting at such places. Thank you all!
