Korean Cooking Class – Kimbap
I would like to offer a small-group Korean cooking class where you will learn how to make kimbap (Korean rice rolls).
In this class, you will learn:
- Ingredients used in kimbap
- How to prepare and season the rice
- How to roll and slice kimbap properly
- Helpful Korean food vocabulary
All ingredients will be provided. Bring a cash or Zelle $10.
Ingredients: Rice, Sweed, Egg, Fish cake, Beef or Ham, Carrot, Spinich or Cucumber, Pickled raddish
Any food alergy?
When: Saturday, May 23, 5:10–6:30 PM
Where: Apex on Oliver Chapel Rd
