We will be discussing Love in the Big City by Sang Young Park, which is a bestselling Korean novel about a young gay man named Young navigating love, friendship, and life in Seoul. The book is known for its fresh, humorous, and honest portrayal of modern queer life, relationships, and coming-of-age. The film adaptation stars Kim Go-Eun and Noh Sang-hyun as best friends and roommates. We look forward to seeing how the film compares to the novel!
