This hands-on workshop will build AI-driven IVRs and contact center flows on SignalWire's control plane, where state lives inside the call, operations execute atomically, and your code defines logic instead of managing infrastructure. Learn how to build intelligent, browser-based IVRs and contact center systems using SignalWire’s programmable unified communications stack.

What You’ll Build:
- AI-driven IVR with the SignalWire Python SDK
- Omnichannel flows with programmable voice and messaging
- AI Agents with memory and context that persist across interactions, without external state management
- Deployment patterns that work at 10 calls and 10,000 AI agents that follow logic, not 100 lines of prompting
- Expect practical, real-world talks from AI builders working deep in production AI systems.
