Skeptics in the (Virtual) Pub - Experiencing the Strange with Daniel Reed

Details

Have you ever encountered something strange, odd, or curious? How did you feel? How did you react? What did you think? In this presentation, we will look at what you can do if and when you encounter something that you can't explain. Whether it's lights in the sky, a strange noise, or maybe a mysterious track in a field, we'll look at steps that you can take to think more skeptically, check your impressions, and maybe solve your mystery. Join us for an evening of fun, stories, and critical thought!

Daniel A. Reed is the founder of the West Virginia Skeptics Society and a frequent contributor to the Skeptical Inquirer magazine and website. He works as a counselor during the day, but in his free time, he investigates the strange and unusual. He also regularly gives lectures and presentations on the importance of critical thinking and skepticism. You can reach him through his website ([www.DanielAReed.com](http://www.danielareed.com/)) or by emailing him at Daniel@DanielAReed.com.
