**THIS IS REQUIRED**
Improve balance, strength and flexibility with yoga postures, mobility work and stretching. In this Gentle Hatha Yoga class we will practice seated, standing and supine poses for a balance of energy and relaxation. Participants should be comfortable getting up and down off the ground but prior experience is not required. Mats are provided, or bring your own.
