The Great Mingle
Come Curious. Who Will You Meet?

Looking to meet new people beyond your usual circle?

Join Tribe of One Love for The Great Mingle, a fun and intentionally structured social experience designed to help you connect with people you may never have met otherwise.
Many social events naturally lead us to spend time with the people we already know. The Great Mingle is different.

Using a format we call The Social Shuffle, we'll guide participants through a series of small-group conversations designed to make meeting new people easy, comfortable, and engaging.

No awkward networking. No pressure. Just meaningful conversations with interesting humans.

Whether you're new to the community or a long-time member, you'll have the opportunity to meet a variety of people, hear their stories, share your own, and leave feeling more connected than when you arrived.

Shared Intention
To create opportunities for genuine human connection by stepping beyond our familiar circles, approaching one another with curiosity, and recognizing that every person carries a unique story worth discovering. And while our gatherings give us a place to start, Tribe of One Love hopes the magic doesn’t end there—may the conversations, friendships, and unexpected sparks continue to grow naturally long after the event lights dim.

Eat Street Crossing Venue (1st Floor, Front Section)
Eat Street Crossing is a vibrant Minneapolis food hall featuring sushi, ramen, banh mi, tacos, Brazilian pizza, boba, ice cream, craft beer, THC cocktails, and more. It's designed as a community gathering space with multiple food vendors, a bar, communal seating, and even a self-serve tap wall.
Come early, grab dinner or a drink, and settle in on the first floor before we begin.

Parking
There are two parking lots where you can park for free. One is across the street on Cecil Newman Lane, and the other one is diagonally across the street on 29th Street (down the block). Please see the attached photo for more details.

Event Flow

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Food, Drinks & Casual Socializing
Arrive, explore the food hall, grab something to eat or drink, and meet a few people before the structured portion begins.

7:00 PM – 7:15 PM: Welcome & Orientation
We'll introduce Tribe of One Love, share the intention for the evening, explain The Social Shuffle, and review a few simple guidelines to help everyone feel comfortable and included.

7:15 PM – 8:45 PM: The Social Shuffle
Participants will move through a series of rotating groups of three.
Each round will last approximately 15 minutes, giving everyone time to connect before mixing with a new group.

We'll provide a menu of conversation prompts and you may choose whichever questions interest you most. You are always welcome to share as much or as little as feels right for you.

8:45 PM – 9:00 PM: Closing Circle & Appreciation
We'll gather together one final time to reflect on the evening, share a few observations, and participate in a simple appreciation circle before saying goodbye.
