A Micro Gatherings can constitute any of the below mentioned activities, however the main one being a Rebirthing Genesis
-Rebirthing Génesis( is a pycho somatic emotional and tramatic release and energetic purge thru a series of healing modalities, however the most prodominant one being holotropic breathing, basically a paticular pranayama that is done for 1hr)
