Drupal 8 has been out for over a year now and contributed modules are catching up. For most new sites, it would make sense to use Drupal 8. But, what about that old Drupal 6 or Drupal 7 site? This presentation will discuss how you can upgrade an existing Drupal site to Drupal 8. It will include both using the standard Migrate Drupal UI (for simple sites) and setting up custom migrations for more-complicated sites. We’ll also cover some of the potential issues to look out for along the way. And cat pictures.
