Bourscheid Castle 🏰 15km loop hike - 10th August

I will be meeting at Irminenfreihof parking lot in Trier around 8h45 to leave at 8h50, it is still a bit of a drive from Trier.

After the hike we will probably grab a beer somewhere, there is a pub just south of Michelau.

Hi there!

For August I am thinking of going to Luxembourg to do a hike around Boirscheid castle. Not a hard one, 15km, loop.

🔺We would meet at 10h00 in Michelau, the parking lot next to the train station. As usual, we wait 15min and after that you either come after us or you have a free sunday 🙂. You can reach us via the app, I believe we will have network all the time.

You can buy a ticket to visit the castle (7eur) but the reviews online are not very promising so I will probably just enjoy the view from outside, but we can do a stop to relax next to it if people are interested in visiting.

The place is very easy to reach from Lux city, from Trier I will create a carpool closer to the date.

After the hike we can try to find a place for beers in Michelau (there's a pub just south of the village), or back in Trier.
