Zurlaubener Heimatfest - Trier's river party 🎉

Heimatfest Zurlauben ❤️..a great party, very crowded, and a must, the fireworks show are top notch (for me even nicer than Lux city. for sure more with less if we go into the math of it 😜)

On a positive side the space is smaller so we can more easily find people / rejoin the group or groups. On a negative side the bigger the group the harder to get a place to sit. I mean even with 4-6 pax groups I find it hard to get a place to seat. So be ready to be standing up for a couple of hours, well the good company makes it worth it 🙂

One could bring a picnic blanket but to be fair if our numbers are high we will mostly be seating down in rows when not standing up going for drinks and food.

I would probably try to secure a nice spot before the fireworks, with at least part of the group. After the fireworks the talks, drinks & food will continue until everyone goes home or I go home 🤔

🚩 Porta Nigra 19h15, under it. We will wait until 19h20 and then head out to the riverside. If you come later than this just head to the riverside. I will try to pick a colourful shirt and also pinpoint our location for the fireworks. For sure a lot of Trierer people will come later or we will bump into them 😄
