Good morning everyone!
I have created a carpool for next sunday's hike (20th July). I invite other people with cars to add their vehicles to the group (or just text in the comments section if you prefer). There are some people interested to join from Luxembourg without a car, so maybe if there is someone coming from Lux with a car.

Update
Ok, let's start the hike a bit earlier, at 9h00-9h15, so that we will do a stop in one of the lakes to go swimming, or just do a picnic if you are not into swimming. And maybe abdicate this time the food+beer in Trier, or do less than the 15km. Let's see how it goes on that day.
So, towels / picnic blanket, swimming stuff. Let's see how the weather will be like

For July we are thinking of doing a calm sunday walk around the volcanic lakes of the Eifel region.
The plan is to meet at the parking lot in Daun and then hike from there:

Closer to the date I will arrange a carpool from Trier for it. It is still a bit of a drive, 45min from Trier.
After the hike we will return to Trier and get warm food and cold beer. This is the way 🤠
