Officially starting over Sunday morning's breakfast, on the shores of Rice Lake, on our way up to the Windermere House Resort, for three days of Muskoka twisties and resort relaxation.

Just like last year, this will be a highly curated tour, with most restaurants and meal levels pre-selected for maximum food quality while at the same time minimizing delays as we travel on some of Muskoka’s best roads – many of them new this year. And unlike last year, every day will be a driving day, with options available for all-day, half-day or full resort relaxation days. You will decide on the balance of driving vs. resort enjoyment.

Windermere House is a classic Muskoka resort with all the amenities, including pools, saunas, spa facilities, pickleball, golf, kayaking, together with bars, restaurants and beautiful verandahs overlooking Lake Rosseau. We are keeping some of the group events from last year, like karaoke night (back by popular demand!), but dropping some things that are more weather dependent, like the picnic lunch.

Again we will provide a party room for the option of participants to gather every night after 8:00 pm to share stories and spend time with friends.

As always, there will also be an optional night at the Comfort Inn in Bowmanville on Saturday, October 4, for those who have to drive some distance to get to the tour starting point Sunday morning, including invited guests from the Vermont Miata Club. Those staying the optional night can again choose to dine with us at our favourite fine-dining restaurant in Bowmanville.
