Mobile Development in 2025: Working with React Native and Expo

Join Brandon Mathis for a hands-on, live coding session where we dive into the world of modern mobile development with React Native and Expo. Learn how to leverage these powerful tools to build fully native mobile applications using only JavaScript—no prior native development experience required!

This meeting will be held at the North Carolina College of Textiles, room 2207, 1020 Main Campus Drive, Raleigh NC, 27606.

There is an underground parking deck next to the College at the Monteith Engineering Parking Deck. Parking is free after 5 PM.

This room can be a bit difficult to locate so arrive a few minutes early. The star on the map at the following link shows the location of the door to use and the parking deck is marked "P". Google Maps
