Join us for a 40-min. full-body HIIT fitness class! Due to time constraints, a warm up and cool down will be on your own. You'll need an exercise mat, dumbbells, and water.

Doesn't look like anyone else has signed up? If you're hesitant to join thinking you'll be the only person there, don't be! I always have people joining me via other socials.
