Explore biblical stories of immigration while reflecting on their theological and practical implications for the church today through a curriculum developed by The United Methodist Church’s General Board of Church and Society. Class sessions will combine biblical reflection with thoughtful dialogue around founding American documents and resources to develop a better understanding of the current challenges surrounding immigration in the United States. There is a required book for this class, please indicate your preference for obtaining a book in the registration form. Meets on six alternating Thursdays 9/10, 9/24, 10/8, 10/22, 11/5, 11/19 from 9:30-11:00 AM. This class takes place at our Faith Mission Campus in East Gainesville.
