Chronic Illness Care Group

This hybrid group is a place where individuals living with autoimmune conditions or chronic illness can be themselves without masking, share without judgment, and give and receive support. Our topic is Surviving the Holidays with Joy and a Sense of Purpose While Living With Chronic Illness.
This support group is free and open to anyone in the community. Please register even if you plan on attending in person so you can receive a zoom link to join virtually if your plans change.
