New Year Intention Setting Mindfulness Meetup in the Park

Join us for a 45 minute mindfulness meetup in the park to reflect, reset, and set intentions for the new year. This outdoor gathering combines guided reflection, intentional writing, and meditation. Participants will be invited to reflect on the past year through gentle writing prompts and, if comfortable, share reflections with the group. No experience is needed. Bring a mat or blanket, something to write with, and an open mind.
