For those who enjoy it, we offer a paid structured weekly program to help you stay consistent to see and feel results.

- Our sessions are designed for all levels. Whether you’re just starting out or already active. The focus is not just on fitness, but also on consistency, energy and community networking with like minded individuals.

Parking - Plan ahead to find suitable parking

Footwear - Strapped sandals are recommended as we'll be on both
solid and sand terrain. No Footwear is also permitted at your own risk.

Refreshments - Are available at the bar at a separate cost.
