Our sessions are designed for all levels — whether you're completely new or already active. The focus goes beyond fitness, incorporating energy, consistency, and connection with like-minded people.

• Optional social beach sand volleyball if you still have the energy

Parking: Please plan ahead to find suitable parking
Footwear: Strapped sandals are recommended due to mixed terrain (sand + solid ground). Barefoot is allowed at your own risk
