Booking Policy:
1. For booking, full amount required.
2. The customer receives a confirmation via whats app within 24 hours of successful booking.
3. In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation will be sent via whats app.
4. If all slots full or not available, then customer may choose to cancel their booking and a full refund will be processed

Cancellation policy:

• 30 days or more (from Departure Date) 90% refund of the booking amount.
• 20 to 29 days (from Departure Date) 75% refund of booking amount.
• 10 to 19 days (from Departure Date) 50% refund of booking amount.
• Less than 9 days (from Departure Date) no refund of booking amount.

1. Only limited seats available.
2. Details and itinerary may will be changed depending on trip coordinator
3. Please book flight on 10th Dec’23 (Delhi to Colombo, recommend morning or afternoon flight) and 16th Dec’23 (Colombo to Delhi, only after 11:00 PM flight or next day early morning)
4. You can also take additional stay in Colombo (on additional basis), if your return flight on 17th Dec'23
4. For a permit & immigration, A valid passport or voters card is required for travel to Sri Lanka and the validity of the documents should be minimum 6 months.
5. There is 20 USD visa fees for Indians.
