📗 BUDDHIST MEDITATION
We teach 3 forms of meditation (alternating Wednesdays) – 1) mindfulness of breathing, 2) metta bhavana (kindness meditation) and 3) body scan.

📗 'FIRESIDE CHATS' ABOUT BUDDHISM
Join any Wednesday. Each Wednesday chat is stand alone (or come for the whole course on the Buddha's Four Noble Truths.)

The evenings are a mix of classical Buddhist teachings, stories from personal Buddhist practice, group discussion/Q&A and short experiments in meditation.
