Weekend Paddle (Kayak/SUP) & City Hike in Boston

Details
Hi there,
If you're up for a fun summer weekend in Boston, come join us!
Here is the plan:
We will be staying two nights in a hotel near Boston. The cost will depend on the number of people who are willing to share a room (2-4) and will vary between $106 to $211 per person for the two nights. The hotel has free WiFi, free parking, includes breakfast, and is conveniently located.
-Day 1 (Friday): Let’s meet in Boston around 6:30-7 pm for dinner (location will be later determined). Those who cannot make it by then can meet the group later. Or, those who can make it to Boston earlier that day may start exploring the city. I recommend people carpool together.
-Day 2 (Saturday): After breakfast, we will head to Mystic river and begin our paddling journey (7 miles roundtrip), with option for swimming in a lake. Wildlife includes herons, swans, turtles, etc.
Those who do not own a kayak or paddle board will have the option to rent one. $54 full day single kayak rental; $75 full day double kayak rental; $54 full day paddle board rental. For this paddling day, you must have a life jacket, enough liquid to keep hydrated, and should consider bringing a dry bag, waterproof case for your phone, sunscreen, bathing suit, long-sleeve UV protection shirt, snacks, etc.
After our paddling day, we will head back to the hotel, refresh, and go back out for dinner and views of Boston skyline at night.
-Day 3 (Sunday) After breakfast and hotel check-out, we will head to Boston for a city hike. Specifics will be provided at a later date.
Note, I am limiting this event to 12 people. Priority will be given to those I know and have hiked/paddled with. Those who sign up will be asked to specify how many people they are willing to share a hotel room with (1-3), and will go onto the waitlist. They will be moved to the "going" list once a payment for the two nights in hotel is received. This will be determined after I have an idea of the number of people each one is comfortable sharing a hotel room with.
I also need to know who will bring their own kayak/paddle board versus renting one.
P.S. Although we hike, paddle, and venture out as a group and support each other, each one is ultimately responsible for oneself. If you join us for this event, please understand that you are responsible for your own preparedness, well-being, and safety. You agree not to hold anyone else liable in case of injury or mishap, including the Organizer, Assistant Organizer, or any other members.
