Get ready to lace up and start your running journey! Our Learn to Run group kicks off this Saturday at 10 AM. We’ll meet three times a week for 8 weeks: Saturday mornings, Monday evenings, and Thursday evenings.
This is an 8-week progressive program—once we start, we’re picking up the pace, so no one can hop in mid-stream! The start date is flexible but only kicks in once we have at least two ready to roll. So, don’t miss the boat—commit early!
Whether you’re a total beginner or just need a fresh start, we’ll build up your stamina step by step. Expect a welcoming community, a bit of sweat, and a lot of encouragement. Let’s run toward your goals together!
