Hands-on intro to reinforcement learning

Olav from AIA Science will give a presentation on reinforcement learning. It aims at giving the audience a brief understanding, while introducing fundamental concepts with math and code.

Afterwards, you will get to play around with the already introduced Python code on your laptop. We will use environments from OpenAI Gym, freely available on PyPI. Remember to bring your laptop!

Intended audience: People who know how to code, and want to improve their understanding of reinforcement learning.

There will be food (soup buffet with vegetables, chicken, bread, noodles and the like), kindly sponsored by Den Norske Dataforeningen Midt-Nord. If you have any special dietary needs, please contact Iver (organizer) a couple of days before the event.
