• No glass (no beer bottles or wine bottles) — cans or plastic only.
• No liquor bottles (not even plastic ones). Want a cocktail? Mix it ahead in a thermos or reusable bottle.
• We’ll have a shared cooler, but many prefer bringing their own small cooler that can slide right on and off the bike.
• ✅ Snacks: Easy, clean, non-messy snacks for the ride. (Think granola bars, trail mix—not chili cheese fries.)

👟 Shoes: No backless flip-flops, please! You’ll be pedaling — you don’t need athletic shoes, but you do need something that stays on your feet.
