We’re a friendly, mixed-bag group (center, left, right — and everything in between) who gather over breakfast to unpack the latest headlines, share perspectives, and occasionally agree to disagree. Some just like to sit back and listen. It’s civil, spirited, and surprisingly fun.

o A smorgasbord of recent news stories — we vote on the topics
o A casual, welcoming group of 10–14 curious minds usually attend, ages 25-70+
o Zero pressure, zero jargon — just real talk with real people

No PhD required. Just curiosity, kindness, and maybe a caffeine habit.
Whether you're a news junkie, a casual observer, or just looking to meet engaging, open-minded folks, this event is for you. Come hungry for ideas — and maybe pancakes.

Please note that we'll be meeting at a local restaurant that serves breakfast. Each person, of course, is responsible for their own tab.

Welcome! At this get-together, we'll share and discuss our thoughts on the current events from the last few weeks. All attending will be given the opportunity to suggest topics they'd like discussed. We typically have people from the left, middle, and right .... so it's definitely interesting with many good perspectives to learn from. We'll keep it fun and casual, so all should enjoy it. No Ph.D. is required to attend, just a curious and open mind! Make a few new friends. All ages from 25 to 70+ are welcomed!
