Hi all! I am looking to start a weekly poker game at my cabin in Truckee. I already have a few people interested, but we need a few more to get started. As far as what are the buy-in/stakes of the game, I am willing to do as small or large of a buy-in as everybody is comfortable with. This is less about it being a high stakes poker night, and more about getting people together to socialize, have some food and drinks, and play a fun game. We can do buy-in as little as $5 or as high as $100. Whatever all of us are willing to do. I think we will definitely start toward the lower end of that range so that we can include as many (casual) poker players as possible. If we then find that a subset of us are interested in a higher stakes/buy-in game (and we have enough of us), we can always run a more serious/higher stakes game on another night!
