Frog Lake Overlook Hike

Third time's a charm. I had to cancel this hike twice because of smoke and lightning. The weather looks good now. Let's make it happen this time!

Time to head back up to Frog Lake Overlook. We'll hike from the PCT trailhead at the end of the road from the Boreal exit off I-80, take the tunnel under the freeway, and hike on the Warren Lake Trail almost to the top for awesome 360° views. Back down the way we came.

distance: 7 miles
elevation gain: 1,500 feet
time: depends on the group pace and time spent at the top; usually takes me about 3.5 to 4 hours
