The Real Lesbian Space - Full Description
Welcome to The Real Lesbian Space — a lesbian group for real connection, real laughs, and real community in Somerset.
This group is for women who love women — cis or trans. We’re here to meet, socialise, and build something genuine together. No gatekeeping. No “prove yourself.” Just good people.
How it works:
We keep it simple and local, rotating between Shepton, Wells, and Street:
- Pub nights – Once a week, Fridays. One week in Shepton, the next in Wells, the next in Street… then back round again.
- Coffee catch-ups – Early in the week (usually Mondays), at Costa in Shepton, Wells, or Street, depending which town’s turn it is.
That way, wherever you’re based, there’s something near you at least once every three weeks.
What to expect:
- Friendly faces, new friends, and plenty of laughs.
- Chat over coffee or a pint.
- No judgement, no pressure — come as you are.
This group is for lesbians first and foremost, but bi women who enjoy lesbian spaces are welcome too. What matters most is that you identify as a woman and want to connect with women who love women.
